Furthermore, the calculator offers the functionality to aggregate multiple area calculations through drawing layers. After computing the initial area, additional drawing layers can be added, enabling an unlimited number of area calculations to be executed.

The calculated results by the area calculator are presented in both imperial and metric systems, enhancing its versatility and eliminating the necessity for converting between various square area measurements. Moreover, the calculator's precise drawing tools and magnification ensure accurate measurements of irregular areas of all sizes.

In addition to accommodating irregular shapes, the area calculator can handle regular polygon shapes with fixed angles and precise line lengths. The tool also provides a constrained drawing feature that snaps to common angles, while line lengths can be adjusted manually using the keyboard for instances where a straight side or length is required. While some area calculator applications support map searches based on addresses, SketchAndCalc™ goes a step further by allowing searches based on longitude and latitude coordinates.
